How to Find a Reliable Website Design Company

By: Danko Gulsoy

The Internet has opened the gateway to world-wide communication. Having a solid website for your business can expand your clientele from local to global. It allows your business to remain open for twenty-four hours, reaching every possible customer anywhere in the world at any time. This makes finding a reliable website design company of utmost importance when considering the global image of your business. At CODANK, a Charlotte based web design company, we work closely with prospective clients to make sure we understand the design services, or web development services, they need to promote their business model. There are three important aspects to finding a website design company that will portray your business in an accurate, eye-catching way.

Credentials:
The first thing to look for when searching for a reliable website design company are the credentials of the web design team. Check out their website. If you aren’t impressed by the web design firm’s own website, it’s hard to gauge how well they portray their clients’ businesses on the web. Being impressed by their website doesn’t mean you have to approve of its style—just make sure the necessary website components are there. They should have, at a minimum, an "about" section (who are they and what do they do?), a content section (including blogs, some type of portfolio, and some stats about their company), and contact information. They should also have a site that is eye-catching and alluring, but also easy to access and comprehend. Funky icons and excessive coloring may mean that they care more about pizzazz and not enough about making websites user friendly.

After looking at the web design company’s site, you should be sure that they offer after sales support. This means that they will work hard to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your website after its creation. They should offer regular updates and edits to your site as your business continues to grow. They should also respond to your suggestions in a timely manner. If the company does not offer after sales support, you might as well be making the website yourself using a free template. You are paying this company to make a solid website for your company; therefore the site should meet your every need. Remember, this is website represents your business on a global scale. It should portray your business exactly as you see fit.

Once in contact with the website design team, make sure that they ask lots of questions about your business. Their job is to portray your business model in your image. They may know how to create the most important pieces of a website, but you know exactly how you want your site to look and what information is vital to your business model. A good website design team, therefore, will work directly with you to ensure complete satisfaction.

Portfolio:
As I said before, when checking out the website design company’s website you should find some sort of portfolio. Who have they worked with before? What other websites have they produced? It’s important that they have unique, varied designs for each of their client’s websites. You want to make sure that they approach your business’ site from a new angle; having a unique brand for your business is key to getting lots of website traffic and drawing in lots of customers. Also, make sure they create websites from scratch. You want your business to have an original website, not one designed from a template. The design firm’s portfolio should showcase the website design firm’s ability to create original, varied websites for each of their clients.

References:
Make sure you ask for a list of client names and numbers and find out what this company has done in the past. Call previous clients and ask about customer service. The website design firm should be reliable in terms of meeting your needs. They should communicate openly with you, even if you know nothing about web design. As I mentioned before, they should also heed your suggestions and revisions. If you like their work and if their previous clients assure you they are reliable, they could be the company for you.

If you are currently searching for a reliable and reputable design team, contact CODANK.

How To Select The Best Printer For Your Needs

By: Kevin Onyango

There are a couple of things you need to first understand before you purchase a printer. They include;

1. Whether it is LaserJet or Inkjet.
Both LaserJet and Inkjet printers have advantages and disadvantages.

Inkjet printers are cheaper to buy than LaserJet printers. They also have very good quality print outs. However, the cost of maintaining an Inkjet printer is very high. Also, Inkjet printers make a lot of noise while printing and are slower than LaserJet printers.

LaserJet printers are expensive when buying but very cheap to maintain. Their print quality is very high and they make less noise when printing. They print faster than Inkjet printers.
2. All-In-One or Print-only.
The next thing you need to consider is whether you just want a print-only device or you need to scan copy fax and print.

Print-only printers are cheaper than All-In-One printers. However, they have limited functionality.

On the other hand, All-In-One printers have scanners, copiers and printers all put in one device. They are a little bit more expensive but very handy especially in an office setting. All-In-One printers also save space as they contain three different devices in one.

Some All-In-One printers have fax. When getting an All-In-One, always confirm if it has fax as not all of them have fax. In most cases All-In-Ones that have fax are more expensive.
3. Print Or Scan Quality.
Various aspects of print and scan qualities can be compared between different models. Print resolution is usually measured in dots per inch (DPI). The higher the number of dots per inch the better the printer.

Inexpensive inkjet models usually generate black-only prints at least as high as 600x600 DPI. Color models, meanwhile usually start as high as 4800x1200. Laser jets, meanwhile, typically produce
1200x1200 DPI or better black-only prints and 1200x600 or better color prints.

Scan quality is measured using both bit-rate and DPI measurements. If scanning is an important feature,
seek an all-in-one device that offers optical scan resolutions of at least 600x1200 DPI and at least a 24-
bit scan rate. Again, higher numbers are better (a scanner that boasts 36- or 48-bit technology will
produce even higher-quality scans).
Be sure to consider the differences between an inline scanner, in which 8.5-inch x 11-inch pages are
easily scanned by passing them through a sheet feeder, and a flat-bed scanner, in which odd-size
documents can be easily scanned just by placing them on the glass. In environments where multiplepage documents will frequently be scanned, ensure you select a model that boasts an automatic feed
tray.
4. Network Capabilities.
The days where parallel cables where used to connect printers to computers are long gone. In fact, most laptops nowadays do not even have parallel ports. Most printers nowadays are connected to computers via USB cables.

Many printers now boast integrated wireless LAN connectivity. Other models feature embedded network interface cards, making it possible to connect printers to a local area network via a
standard wired Ethernet cable, and thereby usable by multiple PCs simultaneously. Still others feature integrated Bluetooth support, which makes it possible for laptop users (among others) with Bluetooth functionality to print wirelessly without the requirement that a local area network even be present.

When reviewing a printer or multifunction device purchase, be sure to consider your organization’s needs. If multiple users will need to access the printer or all-in-one’s scanning functions, network-equipped models can eliminate the need to purchase multiple units or configure a single PC to host print services for other systems. If many users access the
local area network wirelessly, be sure to consider a printer model that also includes WLAN connectivity.

Fast E-mail List Building.

By: Mykola Karai

Fast E-mail List Building.

1. E-mail List Building Utility.

One of the defining characteristics of any online business is dependence on search engines, and you can not completely get rid of it. However, creating e-mailing list – you create your own island of independence from search engines. In fact, by list building, you build your customer database, which is used beyond the influence of search engines ratings of your website. In addition, the list provides you direct contact with customers and you can study the statistics of consumption of your products and services. It is these reasons that make e-mail list building necessary for virtually every online business entrepreneur.
Of course, the complete independence of the search engines you can't reach, because your squeeze pages are working in the net, but after a subscriber has become your client, this independence is achieved for a particular case. So, if the creation of e-mail list is your main task – drive all traffic to your squeeze pages.

2. Build Your List Fast.

In order to quickly build an email list you should know exactly where the traffic is, and how much effort and money needed to get it. It is also good to pick-up some list building secrets and to have some fresh techniques on how to build a list. Constant search for a fully free traffic is not always effective, often, it is reasonable to compare the costs with the final effect. Finding effective places to get real traffic for affordable price – is one of the main strategies to build your list fast. When a place of reach traffic is found, think very seriously about the gifts that you will offer from your squeeze page. To place fresh reports, books, or tools (software) to download is a good idea for online list building. You can find on the Internet some of this stuff for free or buy them at an affordable price with the distribution rights. One of the best places to get PLR products with the distribution rights is Resell Rights Weekly. It is free to join, later you can upgrade if you wish. The website provides some not bad PLR products for free, some for the price just of $1.00. Also you can purchase some great PLR products for at an affordable price ($5.00-$10.00).
Let's move on to the description of a specific and significant opportunity (niche) to get traffic for your squeeze pages and to build your list fast. This approach is using now by many top internet marketers and companies. Taking into account that the Internet is growing rapidly and is increasingly using different types of devices, there is a need to use short URLs (or shorted URLs, or shorted links) that can be easily shared, tweeted, or emailed, etc. For this reason, there appeared websites that allow organize, shorten and share shorted links. The audience of these websites is growing rapidly as people can share shorted links to many devices. Websites like adf.ly and bit.ly provide not only the possibility to get shorted links (free URL shortener service) but also to place advertiser's ads, which website members can use for the subsequent promotion. For example, adf.ly pays its members for each click on shorted links they use to promote. This is a little money, but it works well.
As you work on your own email list building you will see a nasty thing – a serious percentage of inactive subscribers. Do not be pessimistic about it, carefully study the data and calculate – what is the cost for you for one active subscriber. Remember, better to have a smaller email list with targeted subscribers, than a large, but not productive list.

2.1. Proven Way to Build Your List Fast.

Every day, millions of people create millions of shorted links at adf.ly website and share them. You can for a small price to use the huge market for quick email list building, just follow the steps below. This is simple, effective and inexpensive approach on list building, you can always adjust its costs.

2.2. Proven to Spend Some Money.

Many people are afraid to spend money to make money. They limit themselves even in the cases for the proven methods. And it is well understood. However, it is not necessary to get involved in this too much, especially in cases where the method can be tested for a little money and by you personally, for example, for $20-$30 and in 2-3 days. As you know, free ways to perform list building are characterized by just a big effort, and often do not lead to desired results. To build your list fast you should use combination of methods, not excluding the paid services. The adf.ly website accepts payment of the minimum of $5.00, you also can use PayPal or AlertPay accounts to perform payment.

2.3. Step by Step Action.

So, if you decided to try this method and to know how to build a list by its use, follow these guidelines:

Step 1.
Choose the autoresponder service. Choose the autoresponder service to use for email list building (or GetResponse, or AWeber, or iContact , or you can find other but these are the best). Learn the basic terms and options to use. Of course, if you have it all, you skip this step.

Step 2.
Create squeeze pages. Create a number of perfect squeeze pages and fill them with brief content, pictures, etc., on your business subject. Also make a special squeeze page to provide gifts to the visitors. You can pick-up some gifts (reports) at Resell Rights Weekly. Completed squeeze pages are placed on your server in a directory of your website.

Step 3.
Create your mailing campaigns at autoresponder. Before you start any advertising activities you should fully establish your autoresponder. The main work of this stage is to prepare a set of letters (follow-ups) which will be emailed to your subscribers on established plan – email marketing campaign. Remember, each campaign has its separate settings, and allows you to create follow-up messages, newsletters, and more. You can have a number of campaigns. So, create your mailing campaigns and fill them with letters to be mailed to your subscribers. It is a good idea to have at least 10-15 emails prepared and loaded in autoresponder, the range of mailing is to be assigned as one letter in 3-4 days.

Step 4.
Sign-up at adf.ly website as an "Advertiser". They have two membership types ‘Publisher' and ‘Advertiser', you should sign-up as ‘Advertiser'. After you created an account click ‘Create Campaign' option at menu and study the prices and rules. Once you have chosen a plan, you should enter your website name and your squeeze page link. Once this is done the system will direct you to the payment execution options. After the payment is made there is a short waiting term for the order approval. After approval you can track your campaigns.

Step 5.
Optimize your advertising campaigns at adf.ly The adf.ly website script allows you to manage advertising campaigns, use these opportunities to optimize your advertising campaigns. After performance of several advertising companies you will be able to analyze the data and to make corrections. The script also allows you to control your ads display by country.

3. Be Optimistic.

One of the main problems at list building is getting targeted subscribers, to get people who are interested in your products and services and who have intention of buying them. Getting a productive email list is a time-consuming process. Feel free to make experiments, try different approaches and techniques, make the right conclusions and you will achieve significant success in building your customer data base – the productive email list.
As you work on your own email list building you will see a distressing thing – a serious percentage of inactive subscribers. Do not be pessimistic about it, carefully study the data and calculate – what is the cost for you for one active subscriber. Remember, better to have a smaller email list with targeted subscribers, than a large, but not productive list.

Hiring a Legal Virtual Assistant

By: Danny Fansler

Often times people misinterpret virtual assisting as a mere customer service representative, who just answers calls, assist inquiries, and choked on offensive words from a dissatisfied client. Virtual support goes beyond that; administrative, proofreading and editing, correspondence, bookkeeping, time management and promotional services sum up the job with "carry all, do it all" function. Online support is not an easy job. You need to contrive to make it to this one. But even in any other jobs, the only thing that counts here is you get the job done.

Hiring a Virtual Legal Assistant will help you be more productive by allowing you to delegate tasks to him/her, which alleviates stress and burnout. Delegating tasks that can be easily done by a Virtual Assistant allows you to focus on the more important tasks. Start out by making a list of all the tasks that you would be comfortable handing over to an assistant. Below are some ideas of some tasks that are easily managed by Virtual Legal Assistants.

1. Social Media: Many professionals hire legal assistants to manage their social networking sites. While it is an easy job, it can be time-consuming to keep up-to-date with posting on these sites. In the Internet age, social media is a huge way to do free advertising. Allowing a Virtual Assistant to manage these social media sites for you would free up that time spent doing it now for another task.

2. Blogging: Blogging has become another hot sensation! Having an assistant that can post to your blog would be beneficial. This is another task that can be handed off easily.

3. Task & Appointment Management: A virtual legal assistant can maintain your calendar for you by setting appointments and reminding you of upcoming appointments. This task being done by an assistant would free up a lot of your time! You would never miss another appointment, as your assistant would be on top of it for you!

4. Website Content: Are you building a website? It takes a lot of time to fill it with content, so let an assistant do that for you. There are a lot of Virtual Assistants that are very knowledgeable with SEO.

5. Bookkeeping: This is a huge task that could easily be done by a knowledgeable assistant! Let her pay all the bills! There are many software programs out there that can be used to make it simpler.

6. Email: Another great task to hand over to an assistant! Just imagine all the time that can be saved if you have an assistant that is sorting and deleting junk emails for you! She can forward the important emails to you, so that you only see the ones that are necessary!

These are just a few ideas as to tasks that a Legal Virtual Assistant can do for you. But, the list is never-ending! An assistant can do any task that you need to be done! Virtual Assistants can assist you and save you money! Since they are "virtual" there is no overhead!

Financial Plan is Important So Why Many of us Don't Have One?

By: Daniel Hanzelka

We all love to dream about the future we want, but many of us do not like the idea of organizing our finances and preparing a financial plan. It seems that our dream of our future is the fun part, but planning sounds like tedious and boring work. This is evident by the fact that 65% of individuals do not have a financial plan.

A study found that the benefit of having a financial plan is very significant. On average, individuals who had a plan for retirement had two and half times more assets in their retirement than those who did not have a plan. Having a plan is only part of the success equation because working with an advisor and having a financial plan shows that there is a nine to ten times increase in assets than with those who do not work with an advisor and have a financial plan.

This may explain why one third of individuals consider winning the lottery as one of their financial strategies to achieving their financial goals. So why do most of us not have a plan? It can’t be because of a lack of awareness since there are many financial institutions that are advertising the importance of planning. There is also a lot of information and material on the subject with millions of results on Google. So when it comes to Financial Planning why is it that we are not prepared? Well here is a list of the three myths that I have experienced people saying.

Myth of Time: In today’s fast paced life we are all starved for time. We are so busy in our everyday activities that we feel that taking time for planning is not available. When it comes to planning there is an upfront commitment of time in identifying your life goals and putting together an action to achieve them, but once you complete these steps then it is just a matter of monitoring your progress as time goes on. The time commitment is minimal compared to the return you get by working with an advisor and having a plan done as noted above.

Myth of Knowledge: The financial world, especially today, may seem too complicated with all the information out there. We are exposed to a lot of information and financial lingo. If you start by telling yourself that it is not too complicated and too hard, then you have no excuse not to do it. You may consider participating in a seminar or a workshop. You can start reading books that talk about financial matters. Soon you will learn that the financial world is not complicated once you learn some of the basics.

The Myth of Wealth: I don’t have enough savings to worry about a financial plan. If you have savings then you have enough. Having a plan will help you decide not only where you should put your money, it will also help to define the why. I have learned that the why is more important than the how and where. When it comes to planning you need to start somewhere. Don’t think that just because you think you don’t have enough you should not have a plan. A Financial Plan will help you define the goals and dreams you want to accomplish.
There are many ways to increase your assets one strategy is to hire a Financial Planner and prepare a Financial Plan. Financial Planning is important strategy to ensure you financial success now and in the future.

Learning to Say No

By: Roseanna Leaton

What can't you say no to? Some people cannot say no to chocolate whilst others cannot say no even when another person asks them to do something which is over and above the normal call of duty. These are two very different types of situations.

The first is an example of a situation where one wants something for themselves, and simply cannot stop themselves even though they believe that it might not be good for them. The latter is a situation whereby the desire to please another overrides one's sense of what is right or fair to oneself. Although these examples are very different, in both cases the inability to say no has the potential to be more than a little self-destructive.

When you know that you should say no but you cannot seem to do so there is a clear conflict between your logical mind and your emotional reaction. You are giving in to your emotional side in saying yes instead of no. You should say no to that chocolate but you want it. You should say no to that request but you want to please or you are afraid that you will displease.

To enable yourself to say no you have to learn how to align your emotions with your logical and intellectual mind. Thus one has to ask the question of why you want that chocolate or why you want to please. The answer which comes to you may not be absolutely complete in which case you will need to keep asking yourself "why...?"

A further step in learning to say no is to seek out alternate ways in which you might think which would help to align your emotions with your logical mind. For instance, in the case of overcoming chocolate cravings you could ask yourself to imagine how good you would feel in yourself by saying no, or how fantastic you will feel when you fit into your favorite jeans. In this way you begin to feel a nice proud sensation associated with saying no to chocolate, instead of a bereft feeling of loss and deprivation.

Imagine too how much more self respect you will feel the next time you say no to someone who asks you to do something which is unreasonable. In your mind’s eye see yourself saying "no, I'm sorry, I won't do that" in a calm and firm voice; and notice how everyone treats you with more respect as a result of your response. Again, it's easy to begin to associate positive and powerful emotions with saying "no" instead or those old feelings of fear. By choosing to think in this way you can easily align your emotions with your logical mind and overcome old conflicts so that you can say no quite easily.

And so you can see that there is more than one step involved in learning to say no; but this task can be made a whole lot easier with the help of hypnosis. With hypnosis you have easy access to your subconscious mind and you can quickly embed new thought processes there which will elicit powerful and positive emotions and behavior. You can learn to be a lot more confident and to say no more easily with the help of hypnosis.

Treatments that may relieve tinnitus

By: Hitesh Kumar Gupta

Treatments that may relieve tinnitus

There are several types of treatments that are believed to help you cope with your symptoms. You may opt for just one or a combination of treatments if you really want relief from Tinnitus.
One type of treatment for Tinnitus is called complementary therapies. These are alternative forms of treatment whose main benefit is helping you relax. By relaxing, some patients find that there is relief from Tinnitus. It has been noted that some patients under a great deal of stress may develop Tinnitus so relaxation exercises may help lessen Tinnitus symptoms. These complementary therapies include but are not limited to Shiatsu massage, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, osteopathy, hypnotherapy, hypnosis, homeopathy, herbal medicine, chiropractic sessions, aromatherapy, and acupuncture.

Less commonly known is Tinnitus Retraining Therapy which aims to make you less tense about having Tinnitus. Apparently, patients with Tinnitus may perceive the Tinnitus symptoms as alarming and thus have an emotional response to it. This makes patients with Tinnitus more bothered by the symptoms. Tinnitus Retraining Therapy makes you less concerned about the Tinnitus so that you will be able to focus on other tasks. In time you will find that your Tinnitus becomes less obvious to you and less distracting. You may have to undergo low-level sound therapy and counseling as part of Tinnitus Retraining Therapy.

In connection, you might need to undergo sessions with psychotherapists or psychologists as part of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You will understand why you react to Tinnitus in certain ways and how you can make yourself less alarmed or bothered by the symptoms. You may have to write down your thoughts and reactions to Tinnitus in a diary so that you and your psychoanalyst can check the patterns in your way of thinking. In turn, your psychoanalyst may suggest alternative ways of dealing with Tinnitus such as changing your perspective about the symptoms.

Some patients find that their sleep patterns are disturbed by the onset of Tinnitus You should examine the possible causes of the Tinnitus such as exposure to loud noises, prolonged exposure to elevated levels of noise, medication or underlying medical conditions as well. If you are becoming depressed or anxious due to the Tinnitus you may need help from a clinical psychologist in dealing with the Tinnitus. This does not directly affect your Tinnitus but it may help you find ways of coping with the symptoms.

If you are in doubt about the efficacy of any of these therapies, you may want to do more research about them online. It pays to be well informed about the effects of a particular therapy so you can take steps to continue or discontinue it depending on the outcome. If you feel that a particular therapy might be the answer to your problems, there is no harm in trying them out even for a short trial period. What works for one patient might not work for another so it is important to have a customized therapy for your Tinnitus.
There are several types of treatments that are believed to help you cope with your Tinnitus symptoms. You may opt for just one or a combination of treatments if you really want relief from Tinnitus.

Continuous Quality Improvement in Teaching of Poetry

By: Abid Khokhar

Continuous Quality Improvement in Teaching of Poetry

Abid Hayat Khokhar, Community College, Majmaah University

The days have gone when it was said: ‘the wheel is come full circle’. The deity of fate has lost its mythical grandeur in the annals of material development that has made man climb the glories by overpowering nature by means of science and technology. If ‘curiosity is the mother of science’ we can rightly proclaim ‘need is the mother of technology’. Both of them are permanently guided with intellect, reason and reality. Modern age can rightly be acknowledged with tremendous progress in the field of science and technology only because of developing clear and objective approach towards understanding material and supra-material world on real grounds that can be testified within the laboratory or outside of it. This approach led man towards the concept of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and failed all the stereotype and mythical approaches towards life that were attached with emotional meanings of fate with them. In the contemporary world, the comity of nations has witnessed the developing nations progressing by leaps and bounds and their journey toward progress has not yet seen even a single trace of downfall. Why? It is so because they have built up the culture of Continuous Quality Improvement in all walks of their lives. It is built on real grounds likely to be evaluated objectively. They have proved how a nation, an organization or a set up grows and achieves excellence without fail.

What is Continuous Quality Improvement? It is an all pervasive activity within an organization that undergoes continuous and consistent execution of a plan by means of a well managed, well organized team with distinct, clear and pragmatic objectives to bring about a product of gross utility for a huge target population, not with the spirit of satisfaction over the achieved ends but with the critical outlook of finding out flaws and loopholes, in form and content, likely to be coped with in short span of time. Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) ensures an organization to produce its product to meet the challenges in the society and the contemporary world. This concept is not a new one. It is as old as the human history but its importance, implementation and execution has become so pragmatic and productive on objective grounds that it has raised its head as a new phenomenon. The developed countries have guaranteed their progress and supremacy by adopting CQI in all walks of life i.e. industry, technology, agriculture, human resource development, defense etc., etc.

Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) also plays great role in education. The western countries have employed this concept in their institutions on objective grounds and have rendered an unfathomable progress. In result, their quality education is visible enough in all walks of life because their graduates cast quality influence in the fields of them.

CQI is easy to say, but hard and perplex to undergo. It aims at determining different indicators likely to be achieved on objective grounds. This stage is called ‘Planning’. In education, determination of course modules, course specifications, course objectives, syllabi etc., are supposed to be the part of Planning. It is followed by another stage in an oversimplified term of ‘Doing’. In the educational institutions, the leadership and the teachers execute their plan according to the objectives laid down therein. This execution does’t continue hog-headedly but is evaluated and monitored unremittingly on daily, weekly, monthly basis. This stage is termed as ‘Checking’. Consequently the term terminates after fourteen to sixteen weeks of rigorous work ending up in the final terminal examination. The educational leadership, the teachers and the taught evaluate the term by unbiased and judicious evaluation of the whole process according to the objectives laid down in the Planning stage. Here, the more the participants are critical; the better is the improvement to be had in the next term. This stage is called as the stage of ‘Action’. It determines different drawbacks, handicaps, loopholes, mistakes, errors, shortcomings etc., etc. on the part of teachers, students, coordinators, HODs, etc. The more they are specific; the better is the scope of improvement in the forthcoming term. It helps the management and the tributaries determine the objectives of their forthcoming plan with new and better achievable indicators.

While evaluating CQI for a certain period of teaching and training that comprises a full term, the HODs, Coordinators, teachers and even the students must have sincere, judicious, impartial, unbiased, neutral, critical and above all objective outlook, failing which no better and quality indicators can be determined for the next academic term.

Kaoru Ishikawa’s Fishbone Model can be a great help in determined different problems or indicators to be solved or to be achieved respectively. Poor results in the Course of Appreciating Poetry – Eng.231 can be taken as an example. There can be several reasons for the poor result of the students. The teacher him/herself or with the department can find out the reasons for that and can redress it momentarily or for the next term. Poor background knowledge of the students, Disinterestedness of the students, Absenteeism of the students, Ineffective teaching of the teacher, Faulty preparation of the question papers, Voluminous anthology of poetry can be the indicators for the poor result. They should be labeled on the Fishbone model below and let the teacher himself and others probe out the ways to rectify them.

All these causes of poor result should be labeled one by one on the fishbone model. For example, some students can be disinterested in studying poetry because of not being music smart, they may have felt shy in reciting poems or poetry can be taboo in their community. Similarly the same can be on the part of the teachers or departmental leadership. A teacher may be untrained, unskilled or semi skilled in the teaching of poetry. He may have least interest in the subject or is unaccomplished with the teaching kit. Keeping in view the problems, weaknesses and handicaps, special solutions should be sought out for the future plan. The same can be had in attendance, methods of teaching, preparation of question papers, conducting examinations, faculty appointment or else.

This is how we can undergo Continuous Quality Improvement in the colleges. It will be of no use to accredit ourselves what we have done so far, but this concept aims at honest acceptance of what had been left undone. Once we improve the shortcomings, naturally the quality of education will improve but it does not mean that the target has been achieved. It sets scope of finding more weaknesses, shortcomings loopholes to fulfill that guarantee perfection.

Actions speak louder than words. If discerned carefully, everyone of us can understand how much and how far have we been undergoing Continuous Quality Improvement (CI) in our classes as teachers in general and in the institutions in particular. It is hoped that authorities would undergo an unbiased and objective survey of actual delivery of CQI in the institutions that can ensure speedy progress in this field of quality education.

Ensuring the Quality of Communication in a Multilingual Country

By: Charlene Lacandazo

Linguistic diversity is a common issue in the world today, and due to the linguistic dominance of a few major languages, perhaps it is one of the common reasons why many minor languages are threatened to die. Thus, language changes have important implications for the people and communities.

There are between 5,000 and 7, 000 languages that are spoken in the world nowadays. However, it is always difficult to get the exact numbers of spoken languages in world because of difficulties in making the distinction between a language and a dialect.

Some countries like India, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Nigeria, and Mexico are very multilingual, however, the government in each of these societies has given recognition to a single official language that has to be used in the government, and and the result is that multilingualism is not a common problem in those particular societies.

The advantages of being able to speak more than one language are being studied in new different ways with more specific findings on how multilingualism can help people and the society. One of the key factors in globalization is multilingualism; a country that has familiarity of the languages that people spoke in the society can cater to different ideas and can give people the freedom of different political, economical and even cultural points of view. Multilingualism promotes relations amongst the different linguistic communities. However, it may not always create good harmony in the community but multilingualism helps a community socially.

On the other hand, having one language in society doesn’t mean that it is less sociable and is more likely to harm their economy, but speaking two or more languages in a country or a community is beneficial not only to the people in the community itself but also to the foreign countries that want to communicate with them. Many foreign countries will find it very advantageous for them to communicate with a multilingual country, because they will have a lot of chances to choose which specific language a society is comfortable using during conversation.

On the other hand, a multilingual country faces some issues between people living in the same country that speaks different languages. Each community that speaks a different language believes that their own language is far more significant than the others of the society. Hence, multilingual societies face different linguistic issues and pressures when it comes to communicating with other group of people who speaks different language.

Languages are all important in every society; they are a part of the culture, tradition, and identity of the people. Just like the rest of the community, a multilingual country has its own identity that is very significant to the culture and tradition of the people. Thus, when you are communicating with a multilingual country, it is essential that you will communicate to them using a language which they are comfortable with.

In countries like Mexico, where several languages are spoken and some of them are considered as official languages of the country, communicating with a community that speaks a different language may also mean that you need to communicate using their own native language to ensure that the communication is effective.

Knowing Forgiveness In Order To Save Marriage

By: Paul Wheeler

Forgiveness is one thing we normally do not understand properly. There are thousands of couples that end up seeking professional save marriage counseling due to the fact that they do not know how to forgive or they do not understand what that means. It is vital that we know this because it's an important part of any relationship. Mistakes are understandable because we are humans and if we don't understand how to forgive, the resentment that's caused may last for months or longer.

Let's Define Forgiveness

In most cases, you'll see that forgiveness is thought of as simply letting go of indignation, rage or resentment that's experienced as a result of something we see as a mistake, difference of opinion or offensive. To put it really simply, professional save marriage counselors will point out that forgiveness is about letting go and not feeling hurt any longer.

The Problem

The problem is that we can know very well what forgiveness is but it's very hard sometimes to forgive someone. We end up thinking that we forgave our husband or wife when in fact, we still feel bitterness and we still secretly desire some kind of punishment or recognition of the fact that we're hurt. That's precisely what your partner might feel because of something that you did in the past or you may be the one that must truly forgive your spouse.

Comprehending Forgiveness

The counselor will tell clients that forgiveness always has Two parts. The first one is letting go and ultimately forgiving. The second one is moving forward. You will be faced with save marriage situations when these two didn't happen. Forgiveness is really important in any relationship because of numerous reasons. This is because of the fact that you're unsure of the future if you don't forgive your partner. You can end up feeling resentment and any time a similar problem appears in the future, the first one will be brought back in to the front of your mind.

The save marriage counselor will explain how forgiveness is important and that you must understand an essential fact: you cannot change the past. It occurred and you can't do anything about that. What remains is actually a choice. You can choose whether or not to make things work from now on or to dwell in that mistake. It is crucial that you know that you control forgiveness.

Ways to Forgive

This is usually hard. The majority of us do not know how to actually forgive our spouse. We believe that we did that when bitterness is still there and we did not really get over it. If you still feel mad about something which happened and if you think that it might be possible that you never forgive your partner, visit a specialist. It's something that you can do alone and it's not required to do it together with the significant other, as some might want you to think. You'll find online options to save marriage that are available and you could use this option because it's extremely convenient and effective for many individuals.

What Is Pad Printing?

By: Lou Orlando

Pad printing is a modern printing process that can be used to quickly transfer 2-D images on to all sorts of 3-D objects. However, before getting into a description of what pad printing is, it's important to first define a few specific elements that pad printing relies on.

First, it's important to understand gravure printing. Gravure put simply, is a process that etches an image onto the surface of a metal plate. This places the images - in ink form - in the recesses of the metal plate, unlike relief printing (where the image is raised). By filling the recesses with ink, and leaving the raised portions of the plate dry, the image can be transferred from the plate to the substrate quickly and cleanly. Gravure can produce very fine and detailed images on short or long runs in multiple colors.

Beyond the gravure printing process, pad printing also relies on plates - or cliches. In traditional offset processes, printing relies on transferring an inked image from an offset (the plate) to a rubber blanket which then makes contact with the print surface. When compared to other modern printing methods, offset printing with plates is one of the best solutions when it comes to economically producing commercial quantities of high quality prints, without requiring much maintenance. Today, cliches are made from metal or polyester.

However, pad printing is unique when compared to other gravure and offset methods in that the ink is transferred from the plate with a silicone pad, which then transfers the ink to the substrate. This allows the process to be used for a number of products that would otherwise be impossible to print on, including medical products, electronics, appliances, toys, sports equipment, and more.

Crude forms of the basic premise behind pad printing have existed for hundreds of years. However, the popularity of the process enjoyed rapid expansion when the availability of modern manufacturing made widespread commercial use feasible. This expansion was felt first by the watch-making industry after the Second World War, which then gave way to pad printing being used for far more products. Since then, the method has experienced substantial growth due to the many applications that have found a use for it.

Partly to thank for the rapid growth of pad printing has been the increased availability of advanced silicone. The unique properties of the silicon pads used for the process gives it its highly sought after ability to pick the image up from a flat plate and then transfer it to a number of surfaces - including flat, spherical, textured, concave, and convex surfaces. This makes this specific printing technique invaluable for everyone from appliance manufacturers to electronics manufacturers who need a better solution for membrane switch printing.
Lou Orlando frequently writes about computer technology and its impact on the industrial world. Most recently he has written about 3D printing, printing for curved appliances and panels and pad printing supplies.

Facts On Divorce Everyone Should Know

By: Alexander Naz

Divorce is the dissolution of marriage, which is a legal action that may not concur with the emotional tearing apart. The process is usually painful for everyone concerned. Although it can take some time for adults to regain psychological balance, it is still being debated whether children ever regain stable perspective. Aside from harming children directly, hostility between the adults after the divorce is proof that there is an incomplete emotional split.

Since the start of the twentieth century, divorce rates have been on the rise in the United States, especially during the seventies when no fault divorce was introduced. The easing of the laws on divorce is considered by some experts to help create stronger marriage by establishing it deeper in personal choice. However, it did little to provide people with skills, which are needed to go through the unavoidable issues that arise from marriage.

Most people know somebody who is divorced, probably several individuals even. In the United States, there were more than 957,200 finalized divorces in the year 2000. It has been estimated by the US Census Bureau that more than half of all marriages today will result to divorce. This is a lot of paperwork, heartbreaks and broken homes, in addition to money spent on legal expenses and attorney fees.

There are some who maintain though that the percentage of future failed marriages should be interpreted according to other factors. There are various essential social aspects that can affect the estimate. Your chances of getting divorced for instance will decrease by:

• 30 percent if you have a yearly income of over 50,000 dollars

• 24 percent if you married at the age of 26 years old and above

• 24 percent if a baby is born over seven months since you married

• 14 percent if you attend church as family

• 14 percent if you have parents that did not divorce

• 13 percent if you have some college education

Difference of No Fault and Fault Divorce

The state of California passed the first law on no fault divorce in 1970, which changed the public outlook on the practice as well as the process of getting out of marriage. Before this law, one of the partners has to be "at fault" or have done something wrong, to qualify for divorce. Such acts are considered grounds for divorce and include mental or physical cruelty, adultery, imprisonment, desertion, incurable insanity and physical inability to have sexual intercourse. If the defending partner does not want to dissolve themarriage, he or she has to deny the accusation and defend against it in court.

Although fault divorces are still allowed by many states, no fault divorces are also allowed. No fault divorces are exactly as the name implies: there is nobody at fault for the failure of the union. Even if misconduct occurred, it will not matter. The ground for dissolving the marriage could just be irreconcilable differences or incompatibilities. Usually, you do not have to present proof of the problem or any explanation. In many states, whether the other spouse agreed to divorce or not does not matter.

IT Consulting - Real Life Example

By: Keith Barthold

If you're a business owner, or even a manager at a business, then there's a high likelihood that at one point or another you've experienced some sort of a computer problem. Whether it was as small as having troubles with a particular software program or as significant as a hard drive crashing. In today's day and age we all are exposed to technology every day and therefore it's just a matter of time before we encounter a problem with the technology. While some of these problems are common across the board occasionally you'll find an issue that stems from an inexperienced person patching something together. With the end result being an overly exposed and vulnerable network.

Take for example Fran's Frozen Yogurt (a pseudo company for the sake of this article). Fran's has a Point-of-Sale system that is hard wired into their network. There is one main computer and then two mobile peripheral POS systems. For the two peripheral systems, the main computer acts as a server for them to connect to. There is also a wireless network setup for the customers to use while they're eating their frozen yogurt. Seems simple enough right? Well...yes and no. It just so happens that the company Fran's worked with wasn't a highly qualified Dallas IT consulting firm and as a result, all of their internal sensitive information was extremely exposed. So what happened?

Well, first off whenever you are having a network put in, whether it's a wireless network, VPN (Virtual Private Network), or a LAN (Local Area Network) it's extremely important to map out what is going to be connected to what and how data is going to be transmitted via the network. If you are going to be processing credit cards and sending that data over the network then there are increased security measures that need to be considered. You want to avoid having any weaknesses in your system, which isn't an impossible task. Many a times it can be as simple as moving a wire or adding a router with a built in firewall. The main point being that you just can't expect to plug and play when it comes to your business network.

So getting back to the network problem at Fran's. When they had their network installed the Dallas IT consulting firm that did the work placed the networking equipment in a backwards configuration. They had attached a wireless router (with all of their POS systems directly plugged into it) to the local Internet Service Providers modem, which isn't any sort of problem if the settings are correct on the network. However, because they offered their customers free Wifi access, what became a security risk for them is how they connected a second wireless router to the network. Rather than having the wireless router used by customers connect directly to the ISP modem and then having the main wireless router come off of that router they connected the customer wireless router to the main company wireless router. Thereby enabling any users on the wireless network to already be inside the built in firewall that is present within the wireless router.. Meaning that any technically savvy person with harmful intentions could very easily and quickly access Fran's internal network with all of the sensitive information and do so with little security resistance.

Now, getting to the fix. This was a classic case of an easily remedied situation and involved very little time but made a world of difference when it came to security risks for the company. It didn't require any new equipment or even any new programming. All it involved was simply rewiring the customer wireless router so that it no longer connected directly to the company router but instead connected to the ISP modem. This simple task of just changing the order that the equipment was wired together in, made all the difference in the world with their network security. And now the owner's of that business can have peace of mind knowing that their network is secure and it didn't cost them an arm and a leg. All it took was a knowledgeable Dallas IT consulting firm. So next time you need an IT consulting firm to do any of your networking needs make sure that they have a game plan for mapping out your network needs and ask them how they plan on keeping everything secure.

The Popularity of Beanie Babies

By: Barry Stein

One of the most popular toys ever with kids is Beanie Babies. They were originally launched in 1993. From the very start they were very popular with people who would often stand in long lines in order to buy them.

The toys might have been named Beanies because of the beans (plastic pellets) that are stuffed inside them.

Beanies Babies in a smaller size were called Teenie Beanies and they were given away at McDonalds. If you purchased a Happy Meal then you would also receive a free Teenie Beanie. At one time a complete set could sell for about $100 on eBay.

From the introduction of the Beanie Baby there were two tags attached to them. The heart shaped "swing tag" and the "tush tag" on the toy’s bottom. As time went by both the tags have changed. The later generation heart tags also had a poem and birth date.

The creator of Beanies, Ty Warner, had a winning marketing strategy in the beginning that created a lot of excitement and demand for the toys.
Ty kept the price of the toys low so they were affordable to the masses. Just about anyone could afford to spend about five dollars for these cute stuffed toys.

In the beginning production and distribution was limited to only small retailers. Retailers could only order a certain quantity each month. By making them scarce Ty was able to increase the public’s demand for them.

Ty would also "retire" them after a few months. To "retire" a Beanie meant that it would no longer be manufactured. This created even more scarcity and demand for the toys.

In 2008 the toys went online and were referred to as 2.0. Ty had a special website for them. It was a short time later that production of the 2.0 Beanies ended because they just weren’t popular enough with people.

Some of the most notable Beanie Babies among them is Garcia the bear which became popular for its ty-dyed colors.

Decade the bear was also popular and was made in honor of the tenth anniversary of the Beanie Babies.

Beanie Babies went through many changes, but they always remained the most popular soft toy in the marketplace.

Today you can find the Babies anywhere from a small gift shop to big box stores like Target.
The toy’s popularity and the demand for them decreased as Ty increased the production and distribution outlets for them.

Even though the Beanies aren’t as popular as they used to be, children still love them. It is hard to find a quality stuffed toy that sells for about five dollars that brings so much joy to people.

Who are the Globalists and what is a Globalist

By: Andrew Puhanic

The Globalist agenda is real and the Globalists themselves are the greatest threat to human civilization. Every day, more and more people are affected in some way, shape or form because of the Globalists and the Globalist agenda.

In consideration of the entire Globalist plan, the Globalistideology and other Globalist propaganda, I think it's time to redefine what a Globalist is.

The most popular definition of what is a Globalist and who are the Globalists so far is "the Globalist movement is an alliance based on self-interests of the private international financiers and the royal, dynastic and hereditary land owning families of Britain, Europe and America which over the years have intermarried to create a self regenerating power structure that through lies and deception seeks to control everything and everyone".

Although this definition of who and what is s Globalist is true, I think the definition doesn't go far enough to explain why the Globalists intend to bring forth the new world order, why the Globalists exist and where the Globalists intend the global community to be in 50, 100 and 200 years.

It's also an appropriate time to evaluate the standard definition of who are the Globalists as the Globalists have now encroached in almost every country of the world. Up until 30 years ago, the Globalists only had an interest and presence in western countries and a limited number of African and Asian countries.

A New Definition of Who Are The Globalists and What Is A Globalist.

After much consideration and thought, I would like to propose to the activist, free thinking, and anti-Globalist movements that we define the Globalists as:

The Globalists are a conglomerate of individuals, interest groups and large corporations who actively seek to eliminate all countries to create a global border-less society so that they can centralize, reduce and standardize all economies, production and the processing of natural resources so that they can directly control, manipulate and influence the decisions we make to ensure they maintain their power, control, wealth and historical influence.

This new definition of who are the Globalists takes a broader view of why they exist and why and for what purpose do they seek to implement their Globalist agenda.

Unusual Solar Panels

By: Laura Ginn

Conventional photovoltaic installations bring just what you’d expect: a technology that maybe isn’t the most fashionable thing to look at, but provides a sound source of alternative energy. Thankfully, innovators are coming up with some unusual solar panels that are worth considering for new applications of this viable energy resource.

Gemini Haus

Juicing up a house through solar power is a phenomenon that has grown by leaps and bounds over the years. It’s a proven, effective means for supplying or augmenting power to a home to serve the electric needs of everyday living.

The one limitation with panels used for this application is that they are stationary. The sun moves across the sky over the course of a day, and the static photovoltaic panels can only collect sunlight during the hours that the sun is directly feeding its rays into the receptors.

Alright, then: if the panels can’t move...how about moving the house?

The Gemini Haus, built in Austria in 2001, is an award-winning concept home designed as a cylinder. Panels of various sizes are attached to a frame, which connects via rollers to scaffolding that is affixed around the exterior of the building. As the sun makes its journey across the sky, the panels roll along the track, maintaining a direct eye-line with the sun from the moment it rises to the moment it sets. Cut-outs in the framework conceal or reveal windows of the home as the day progresses. The design is leveraged to block or allow light inside the structure in order to maintain heat or cooling, as needed.

Proving that reliance on solar power doesn’t have to mean limiting the luxuries of life, the Gemini Haus boasts a Jacuzzi bathtub and a central vacuuming system. While the Gemini Haus is, at present, the only one of its kind, future innovations in photovoltaic design could render this concept more usable for widespread acceptance.

Press ‘n’ Power

Making solar power portable for on-the-go applications is an idea that has already come to the marketplace. Miniature cells laid into small packs allow people to run around town, powering up their mobile devices easily by setting small units outside, or on the inside ledge of a sunny window or laying out flat atop a car’s dashboard during a drive.

Developments made by a company called PowerFilm allow people to capitalize on that portable concept to energize items requiring greater power. PowerFilm press-on panels are fully waterproof, and even withstand the salty conditions of the sea. Install these on your boat, and no longer will you need to worry about running out of gas--your outboard motor can be juiced up by the sun to get you back to the dock without a care in the world.

Pop a panel onto your golf cart, and you won’t worry about getting stranded out at the 17th hole. Press a set onto the top of your RV, and you can relax, knowing that the vehicle’s battery won’t get drained by enjoying the comforts of home while you’re on the road.

Bendable Glass?

Created by the same folks responsible for those tough-as-nails glass displays found on mobile devices all over the world, Willow™ Glass is a (ha!) breakthrough in virtually unbreakable glass that is so extraordinarily flexible, it can be wound as tightly up as newsprint on a roll. This is amazing enough as it is, but the glass is also touch-sensitive and responsive for all the tasks required in smartphones and other tech developments.

Now, that same glass is being embedded with photovoltaic cells to create fully bendable reams of solar collecting material. A finished item could be as small as a playing card, to catch power for a cell phone; a bit larger, and the glass can be molded into the shape of roofing tile and turn practically every square inch of a roofline into a solar collection plate; run a wide swath of material and it can cover every exterior wall of a building, turning the structure itself into a gigantic solar battery. The potential applications are mind-boggling!

And despite the fact that this product is, indeed, glass, its super strength makes it virtually impervious to weather conditions. So bring on the hail--the Willow™ Glass doesn’t mind!

Endless Possibilities

These unusual solar panels open up entirely new vistas to incorporate the gathering of power from the sun in ways people haven’t ever dreamed of before. Such inventions are what lead us to the tipping point of the dominance of green energy.
Laura Ginn understands that solar panels come in a range of shapes and sizes now, and have become much more versatile that they ever were. To learn more about solar panels, compare gas and electricity rates at uSwitch.com and make use of their helpful information guides.
